And likewise for this relatively unknown billionaire, Naguib Sawiris who is going against WB and says that Oil will shoot up to 100 in 18 months time.
Could he be a hustler and stoking fire with the retail traders to start buying ? A quick check with my circle of traders and most are staying away from this sectors as they have the risks is too high and they felt safer to stay away especially after reading what WB said.
