bought back some CLF today after FED around 9.67. little late, looking to add if price action is good. fundamentally, I see prices way higher possible. like 16ish or even beyond. first target would be recent highs though

Yes, could be moving up - though volume wasn't huge last couple of days and MACD turning but still lowish. I think next day or two will be critical pointer for short-term direction of this.
