Before reading this, you should know that's i'm very bullish on cloak and some people i consider are working in the dev team. Maybe i can be blind due to the love i have for the coin.
Also you should be careful buying any altcoins while BTC is partying and altcoins are in bear market.

Strong resistance near 10$ level, that can be blown with some fundamental moves ( someone said open source? ). That makes a very good range for trading.
