@cedevita_, at around $4, I guess....dilution is going on...this will take time to regain Shareholder's trust...Chart was bullish and then they came up with an offering and dilution...horrible management...somehow greenhorns...

@cedevita_, There was a bullish divergence, too before they came up with an offering...that is why i say to be cautious with this kind of stocks...especially in health care or new IPOs...there is always an event that can change direction of chart at any time...

@cedevita_, it might peak due short covering upon merger approval ...it will be an ev company and hence a bit digficult to value...it will definetely dip some time the next 1 to 2 years due new dilutions as company will need more money for expansion...the question is from what level?
