see the blue line(10 ema) above the orange line(20 ema)? when they cross on the 4hr you have your target. All that is assuming the retest shown in this picture is validated on tuesday.

Now you will see the blue ema (10) is still above the orange ema (20) on the 4 hour. Technical sell signal Not yet produced by this indicator & tf(time frame) combo. This is starting to establish a healthy trend.

Interesting catch thanks, not much out there on this guy.
