Would you comment on more info about the reasoning? Also, what kind of stop loss do you need to use for this stock? Do you like the specific funds that bought or the amount of shares they purchased? Any more thoughts?

This one came up on my screener as a value stock with insider buys. I would set a stop at $28. My $50 target is a 6-12 month target. However, the recent technicals suggested a bull flag forming so I project $40 in the near term.
