In 2026, Crowdstrike has been a stellar performer within the software space growing from almost $90 to reaching 225+
The run is now looking to come to an end with Elliot waves showing completion, backed by Demark and Divergence signals flashing across time frames. RSI has been dropping sharply from its previous peak of 190 and 213 while the stock is making new highs.
On fundamental side, with a Price/FCF of 162 and a PS of 43 on a YoY revenue growth of 23%, the stock is quite expensive.
I expect the zone of 235 - 250 to form a top for the stock and for it to retrace back to 152 or even down to 110 levels.
Considering the momenum, short entry should only be taken after the first drop and retrace and long positions should run on trailing stop losses from here on.
TLDR: Crowdstrike making a multi month top between 235-250 range.

Note
Despite the recent weakness, this has not yet topped. I am still expecting it to turn higher towards the sell zone from Monday/Tuesday 24th/25th Aug onwards.Trade active
As expected, crowdstrike turned higher making its way towards the sell zone. Disclaimer
