⋅ The D+ on the ADX is curling up and the MACD recently crossed over. Price recently crossed $7.25 which has been a significant level in the past.
We also see a double bottom (3/8, 3/14) which is very bullish coming after a downtrend.
Finally with a POC line ytd at $12+ I feel that CTLP has bottomed and is ready to reverse.
Targets: $8.47, 8.94, 9.60 in the near term.
