-CTSI is now back at previous support and resistance area -This is also a retest from Sep 5th support bounce -It is a potential Double Bottom plus Bullish descending channel -But until the trendline resistance is broken up the Bears are still in control -I recommend waiting for proper breakout confirmation -Before deciding to open a Buy position
