CVC coimming out of year long bear?

Its been in a bear trend for about a year now, because the rsi is not that high and the price seems to be pretty stable at the topside of the macrotrend there is a more than likely possibility that this current microtrend could cause a macro trend reversal, potentially even leading us to new all time highs in years to come
