Fundamentals - Chevron earnings 1/28

Short
NYSE:CVX   Chevron Corporation
Chevron (CVX) earnings are tomorrow on 1/28 at 6am. Chevron (CVX) reported Q3 September 2021 earnings of $2.96 per share on revenue of $44.7 billion. The consensus earnings estimate was $2.21 per share on revenue of $40.4 billion. As you can see from this Fundamental analysis, Chevron has a high price right now with its P/E above average, based on the past 7 years. I'm posting this as short because there's hardly any upside left. Even with inflation worries CVX is trading at a higher P/E than many companies nowadays. I don't buy into dinosaur juice bulls thesis WTI absurd price target for the rest of the year.

Q4 December 2021 Consensus:
EPS = $3.10
Revenue = $43.92B

Fundamentals:
P/E = 26.26

Cash = $6.244B
D/A = .16
Div/Yld = 4.002
52 week high = $137
52 week low = $84.57
