@cardan6006, I would say it will bounce in the 0.007 line, buy there or wait to break 0.008 and confirm so you can be safer.
Poloniex decred wallet is offline and bittrex volume is very low, maybe people are not interested in trading this coin. If so, it can go down until decred have some news.
