Yield STILL going HIGHER Long

Germany 10 Year Government Bonds YieldTVC

Description

German 10yr yields which have been negative yielding for much of the last few years continue to RISE and just hit a two year high (last seen May 2019).

They are set to go even higher in coming weeks/months and should be back in positive yield territory shortly.

Charts suggest German 10yr yields could rise to +0.50% in 2021. Great news finally for savers/investors relying on income. Not so great for risk assets.

Comment

Nothing to dissuade me yet from the idea that German 10yr yields take a look at circa +0.5%

Comment

As per last update 5-6 weeks ago. German 10y yields still wanting to look at 0.5%

Comment

That was fast.
Here's the thing about German Bund yields though - they could still rise to circa +0.8%......
and still technically NOT haven broken the generational (30+ years) bear market for yields...
think about that for a minute given where inflation is right now.
