The Dax made a new Alltimehigh. But how long will the uptrend last? I think Wave (4) will need some more time to finish - so the current up-move could be Wave (B) of an Flat. If so, we should see some selling preasure soon. What is your opinion?
I couldn't agree more, but for different reasons. I've observed 6 bearish patterns, on various timeframes using the ZUP 150 indicator on Metatrader 4. Bearish A Gartley, 2 different bearish AB=CD, Bearish max Butterfly, Bearish Alt 3 Drives. It is simply insane and I have never observed something as good as this. To be clear, I observed this behaviour on the GER30 cfd's of FXCM, and if price goes above 12500, 2 will get invalidated, and above 12600 most of them. However, what I see is something extremely bearish. Also most of my oscillators (mainly momentum) point down! There is definitely some negative divergence. Also my monthly and weekly pivots also show down. Finally the gap should potentially close, as most gaps usually get filled. Also volume hasn't follow this up move and the Dax didn't make new highs today.
