Do you think 2017 patterns will repeat now? On one hand people say that markets are driven by emotions/fomo and are predictable so we know the market cycles with hype leading to "bubble explosion".
On the other hand, many major price moves people point out as whales actions. May this be Wall Street, pump and dump groups or now - institutions.
How much are the markets manipulated or are they always manipulated in the same way, if we see those fractals repeating. Do whales use Fibs too? :)
