Bearish potential detected for DGT

Entry conditions:
(i) lower share price for DGT along with swing of DMI indicator towards bearishness and RSI downwards, and
(ii) observing market reaction around the share price of $2.76 (open of 2nd October).

Depending on risk tolerance, the stop loss for the trade would be:
(i) above the potential prior resistance of $2.92 from the close of 14th July, or
(ii) above the potential prior resistance of $3.14 from the open of 9th September.

Trade active

UPDATE (week ending 31-Oct): Trade activated on Monday 27th October with good market reaction at the $2.76 price level. Share price now appears to be testing a support/resistance level of $2.60 formed from the open of 14th April at the end of the trading week, with the charts suggesting that stops be improved to breakeven, at the very least, with aggressive traders able to lower stops to a level slightly above a potential support/resistance level of $2.70 formed from the open of 10th April.

UPDATE (week ending 07-Nov): Very choppy price action was noted with DGT over the past week which would've stopped out both scenarios noted in last week's commentary for small profits (aggressive traders) or a scratch trade (breakeven trade for those who were more conservative). Not a problem, let's be grateful and move on to the next trade.
