My idea is simple. DGTX Exchange is still up and running. Some development is going on. Could be SCAM?! Yes it is possible. BUT - if you look at the chart it is potentially the bottom and capitulation of the price. If you BUY it around here iT is low risk high reward probability. Could it go to ZERO ? This one YES it COULD!!! SO never invest more than you afford to LOSE !!!
