I was charting this just few mins ago; my understanding is that wave/point #2 has to touch the base of the cup otherwise its not officialy C&H......However, theres an inverse H&S formed between Nov 23 - now. My projection is about $2.20-$2-30 and back to ATH during bull run.

Seems logical to me, especially when demand increases, thanks for the update.
