One thing and only one thing matters going forward and also holds true in the past . The availability and access to cheap money and financing , anything that appears to threaten this must be confronted immediately and quashed or at the very least marginalized and rendered unimportant 24/7/365 . That is it and nothing else matters . I find it quite impressive this balancing act has lasted the better part of a decade. Imho I believe we are very close to the beginning of a major reset that will unfortunately effect most everyone in a negative way . Good Luck .
