What happens after a new Fed Chairperson takes office?  

Description

80% of the time stock prices fall (after inflation) after more than 5 years!

I posted this chart a year ago. See links below.

It looks as if we are right in the thick of all of the other "tracer" lines, which are simply a copy of the stock market action after each Federal Reserve Chairperson took office until they resigned.

You can zoom out and see all of the other instances and come to your own conclusions.

This pattern still isn't being talked about anywhere - notice how well it shows pressure at this time window.

We are right near the time when 3 of the 4 patterns have bottomed. The weakest economy was under "Fed Chm Burns" and the market would bottom in a couple of years. For now, the odds are still "sideways" for a couple of years, but having a 75% chance that the bottom is in place would be good to have too. Either way, this pattern is still valid, in my opinion.
