Minimum upside target at 3996 and potentially as high as 8,000 over the next 13 - 15 year period. 25 points of downside risk from here. And 1500 upside. Minimum.

This past week (Today is Sunday, 11-5-2017)
"Robert R. Prechter JR." was interviewed on " Fox Business News "
1 = One of the questions = What do you think about the " ? Markets ? "
"Roberts Comments" (This is not word for word) but close.
a = The "Markets" are topping in a big way.
b = The "Markets" could top at any time.
c = What ever is left to the upside is not "WORTH THE RISK".

2 = Another questioned asked = What type of decline do "You" ( Robert) think will happen ?
"Robert" gave two answers.
a = 1929 style correction.
b = 1966 style correction.
c = What ever path "The Markets" take "Will Not" be forgotten for many "YEARS" to come.

3 = Another questioned asked. What do "You" (Robert) recommend people do to protect yourself.
a = Hold cash.
b = Hold short term treasuries.
c = Put your "Money in Good Banks Only". --- ("I" One Eye Jim --- like "Federal Credit Unions" the best.)

"I" will stop here. "This is for Education Only" --- (This is not a "Buy or Sell" signal) --- Please do your own homework.
Just sharing some information. ("I" One Eye Jim --- did not make this up. This interview did happen.)
