I had this on my radar as well. The market structure looks very similar, but we'd need to see a major breakdown of support before that happens. I think the market makes a major move up before pushing farther down like that.

that´s a bit of a stretch, I think. this would indicate a total meltdown of the markets.
This is the target I envisioned as well, before seeing this wedge.

God help us if that happens. I tend to think the Fed would QE us to stagflation before it allowed asset prices to drop that much. So maybe the chart could look like that in real dollars, but not in nominal dollars.
