This instructional vidio shows you how to use the Fib tool on impulse waves 1-2-3.. Generally Wave 3 is the longest wave . I have changed the settings on the TV fib tool to make it clearer . You can also use the Extension tool as well by clicking once on the bottom of wave 1, once at the top of wave 1 and finally at the bottom of wave 2 to find targets.
