@luis21jose21, as @gtexpressalpha said, it's not possible to time this market, especially one so sensitive to bitcoin's ups and downs. You'll notice the timeframe used here is 30 minutes. With there being between 60-90 bars comprising the first leg of the cup formation, it could take up to 2 or more days for the predicted resurgence to play out. Much of this will depend on the outcome of BTC's recovery that is currently being staged. Today's dip to $0.65 was a great buy-in IMO.
