There is surely a reason for being cheap, either technically or fundamentally, Mr. Market will determine the price direction. It might drop back to retest channel support before launching a retracement up :-) just my humble opinion

because oil got cheap, reduced oil exploration. market flooded with cheap oil.

So indeed a short term jump may be in play... with a lot of reasoning in these markets. But in a long term dont see any reason to change direction...yet
