Try googling “July 15th Maintenance”, looks to me everything is going offline for few hours. Looks like a perfect storm of events that may suggest a tank in pricing. Exchanges seems to all be “emergency upgrading” around this time. It all may be over speculation, but it’s still a fair observation.
