Dow has 2 main gaps up open since last February...I have never seen something like that! Nasdaq usually opens some gaps but the Dow...almost NEVER...The first one at 15970 and the second one at 17400. I doubt that at least one of these gaps won't be closed....I see the target at 17400 after the elections...around January. I am neutral in the short time...
