DUSK/USDT consolidation before bullish or bearish trend ?

I´m learning about technical analysis (not long into trading). This is an attempt on analyzing a possible trend for DUSK/USDT. I see a drop and a consolidation period on the 4h chart with a pretty strong support line. If the price breaks through the consolidation we might see a bullish up trend. On the other hand I also see a head and shoulders pattern which could lead into a bearish trend. Where will it go?
