Consider the possibility that this is a very large ABC move, with the middle B wave being the consolidation between 90-100. Interestingly a final 'c' wave upwards equal to wave 'a' then has a target of 120. Whether that can be reached in 2017 is of course uncertain and perhaps more time will be required.
