It's really amazing how so much damage to the dollar can be done, but the technicals are still identifiable and within the original confines such as this dollar swing being confined within the trend lines beginning back in 2014.
This is such a volatile ranging as a result of the trade wars. Ideally, she'd pump right back up, but the talk of tariffs, war and political division keeps it confined.
We can pick the bottom trendline for a break down below or, perhaps, she'll break out of range and upward toward the next resistance. Nobody knows even the dollar.
