The USD is marching towards its ICH and tries its 4th attempt to break the trend-line. Last time it tried at this, it did not succeed before its 4th attempt. I don't expect it will this time either and will go down into its ICL.
On the bigger picture the USD seem to set up a HS pattern that might ultimately lead into the 3 year cycle low.
