Whatever the exact reason, and I think all the Indexes making record highs, is plenty. What is left to accomplish? Once you get your face on a box of Wheaties you relax and enjoy the rewards. To compliment your thesis, the Indexes have all punctured their upper BBand, most are flat at a pivot, and all are at or have broken resistance, and, a look at the Dow charts says most are recently well off their highs or have very toppy candle patterns. My base idea is for when the music stops and equity markets around the world start selling then the US dollar will reclaim its status of the ultimate "safe haven" asset.
