Looking for the bulls to take over and push price back up to the high 90's as the Corona Virus kicks back in to high gear. Italy and Germany have already moved back in to Lock down phase.
Price on this index has been in consolidation and is retesting the low
Once the pullback is achieved look for a breakout of the consolidation zone as we move past the election and as the Corona Virus spikes around the world.
