DXY is being bearish for massively. US economy doesn't seem to recover this year or anywhere soon.

Latest COT report was that hedge funds were, 38.9% Short and 81.7% Long on dollars. The best indication for us traders is COT reports which are for free and easily found on the internet.

If you are also, investing. You have to pay attention to Fundamentals and focus on Gold, Silver and BTC( the risky digital asset I would call it BTC).
