@DeanT, euro banks are in grave situation. Until corona bonds will be issued, euro is in danger. These should be not increase national debt/deficits enter the market via other vehicle, hence ESM, otherwise sovereigns will be sold heavily and rates are going up. Germany abandoning austerity and putting billions at work is a major issue. Nationalizing crucial sectors too.
