I haven't found this in any reputable or reliable resource of technical analysis. So i think guys you should know what take and leave from the internet, from whom to take info that you will risk your money on.

Jason Stapleton taught this pattern. You may search in youtube. havent backtested that though.

Oh hey Technician. As Casey mentioned below, it's a strategy made by the trade empowered institute. Jason Stapelton is a technical trader that introduced this technique.
