Both the scenarios mentioned in the chart, Trend is down ,Dollar ($) looks weak, but make or break of the structure is the only way for Technical Trader. My Bias is on down Side but it doesn't mean, it can't go up. Would like have some Insights from Fellow Fundamental Traders if you wanted to advice would love to hear that.
