The dollar has formed or is forming a bottom, there may be yet 1 further poke at new lows but it could be done. A move above 93.99 the last high before terminal triangle thrust down would be first sign the index has bottomed. The potential is an eventual move to all-time highs, sentiment is below 20 which is extreme for currencies. It's only a matter whether some of the pairs are doing another 4-5 to upside but confirmation will come when they break lower fibonacci levels.
