Technically the Us dollar may hit your target. But we still have to see what will happen when the ECB releases the rates hike. If the ECB becomes hawkish like the Fed then we shall have a consolidation for a long time.

nice chart... u have supply zone below that X, so yes it will reach your target but it will need to contend with that supply zone 1st.
