83 to 84.....it's really low, could that be possible

@phoe68, Yes, it is possible, but not certain, as of everything in the FOREX. The wave structure suggests a new low should form at some point, and I find the specified area, the most likely one. This will suggest one should observe USD pairs, mainly EURUSD, to advance.
