Just to add something to the discussion. I think Merval (argentinian stock market index) is at high risk for a crash in the following months. There's a lot of speculation going on about government capacity of repaying the huge amount of debt in dollars acquired since the new administration took office. IMF's stand by loan is not going to be enough and we are talking about 75 billion dollars of shortage for the following year which will most probably lead to another default on debt. Also the private sector is in trouble and might run into massive defaults. Do you think other EM could follow suit or this might just be localized on Argentina? Thanks!
