This setup is classic chinchilla bounce trend upwards. The key with this one, is his paws are already close to the bottom on his hind legs, so there should not be much tracking back down before the bounce up. (See my 1st idea/method explanation). Enjoy trading.

TP1, and TP2 are Target Prices in above description.Note
A little 'pullback' on 'red' days/week is to be expected. Note
This was one of my first Chinchilla Bounce Uptrend analysis, so let me 'add' my Trade failing numbers. If you draw a straight line from the low around June 25, 2024 and March 2, 2026, you will notice a few other lows touched this trend line also. Not that 'support' or trend lines are always meaningful, yet it does give me some clarity that there are higher lows, I am observing over time.
Theory #1: Trade Fails if < 5.86 as it would then 'break' that trend line.
Theory #2: Trade absolutely Fails if < 4.14, as this would be the 'double bottom' sign, and it would need to 'bounce' back upwards to meet the Targets set above.
A side note: This stock/company still has good potential, so I'd like to see it perform, although one may have to wait until their next earning report or quality news that will help it bounce. Remember, as an investor, hope is not a plan. Have targets both up and down, and stick to them. This of course all depends on your risk target and the size amount you designate. If it does go down to a 'double bottom' then, it may have a 'double bounce' chinchilla upward power.
Maybe I'm just an optimist wanting this to bounce up, and time will tell the way of this stock's direction. Stay tune.
Note
A nice bounce up today.Note
5/8/26, Friday close at $8.01. A strong close to the week! Our 'chinchilla' finally woke up and started his 'bounce' upwards. [Let's see what next week will bring... Have a great weekend, and always open for your comments, boost & follow.]

Research note: Technological Innovations: Enphase's IQ Solid-State Transformer aims to support AI data centers, showcasing its commitment to innovation in energy technology - this is a 'developmental' stage and it's exciting to see. A solid new development and direction.
Note
5/14/26, Wednesday: our EOSE chinchilla got temporarily pushed down because of a 'short squeeze' happening. [Volume of trading was: 126,838,754 shares, versus the average volume of: 27,176,854] ...so, be patient, the short 'squeeze' should be over soon (my perspective), so our chinchilla can keep going up on his bounce.Note
5/25/26, Monday: The EOSE chinchilla appears poised for an upward bounce after gathering strength during its accumulation phase of 'extended paws.' The momentum is building, and it will be thrilling to observe this chinchilla as it embarks on his next month - keep watchful.Note
6/3/26, Wednesday update: EOS announced a partnership with Cerberus for "Frontier Power USA" on June 2, backed by a 2 GWh capacity reservation and up to $1.5 billion in technology performance insurance. To fund this, EOS revealed a $150 million rights offering. While aiming for long-term value, this strategy dilutes shares, leading to immediate shareholder dilution and execution risks that caused today's selloff (as well as the overall market was 'down' today). And, if management were to release a statement showing that institutional backstop investors are aggressively buying up the rights - then, if this will happen, then the current retail investors 'won't bear the impact' of the dilution, then the stock, EOS chinchilla will rebound quickly.

6/26/26, Friday: Summary of the stock market chinchilla bounce trader analysis: When stocks fluctuate, ask, "Why not?" Large investors rely on our capital, but we can't predict their moves. Exiting a losing position leads to a loss; view dips as buying opportunities. Research thoroughly, as low prices don’t guarantee quality. Invest gradually to keep cash available for optimal buys. Patience, persistence, and prayer help us remain confident in the market and our lives.Disclaimer
