EOS developement ENDED last year, most developers and CEO left. Project just keep some Bilions of BTC bought from money they got after selling EOS coins.
So Value is limited and could correlate with BTC price. But most likely last members of the team will sell everything or split BTC coins and make exit scam. So be carefull with trading this °°°° ;)
