S&P500 Scary fractal. Should we dump stocks?

E-mini S&P 500 FuturesCME

Description

I have put today price action side by side with the September - October 2018 price action. The candle flow is very similar and what follows next scary indeed.

If we see similar development in the first week of April (the candle sequence in the eclipse), the we should get out of stocks! I don't need to mention that what followed was the strongest correction since the subprime mortgage bubble in 2007.

Stay alert and be quick to adjust.

Nah, the FED will just keep printing money, I am curious as to how the month of April will fair without all those corporate buybacks. I DO understand that corps. can buy back on a set YEARLY schedule, so there may not be that much correlation, but in my opinion the absence of corp buyback money flooding into the market might make retail traders skittish and could cause some sell-offs. Which will likely be countered by FED rate cuts, which are already being called for!! I would not be so bad if all those FED eggheads weren't so cocksure about their policies, but overall I'm sure they know how to prop up the fiat ponzi scheme at least a couple more years. Right?

What are your thoughts on this? Will we see an April slowdown due to lack of buybacks?

@Tiger_Style, My thought is more in May during earnings. One can't buy this market for clear reasons but also it's hard to short it with the china talks going on. Tough spot. I can see a drop soon but an all out dump later. The dump will take every one down with it including Trump
