Remarkable how it fills this bar pattern, it's virtually identical to last week's runup, if it does fill in we got the top IMO.
NO positions, NO shorts, NO Longs, just Patience. Made beer money off the whipsaws. NO PLUNGING!
NB: Do not expect a big tankoff immediately after the ATH, it will often hang for days or weeks around the high price zone and retest ATH 2-4 times. If you short too early you get severely punished!

Told ya!! This gets real close to tar now. it's in the box, 4130 - 4144 is tar box, see my related posts; can creep higher and you have got to be cautious shorting this beast, a short squeeze here will drive price suddenly and fiercely higher, an ultimate spike is possible, do not get squeezed!!

Looks like 4144 topped, get confirmation by EOW. Expected run to 4160+ but might just be done for now... let's see!
Take a look at this chart, NB the final spikes came 2-3 days after MACD bear cross, then rollover, we are near but not yet at the last spike:

@The_Real_AMF, IKR... and today's trades virtually identical to Tuesday's, up, down, up down fgs... it ALWAYS gets parabolic before the end, is why I'm not making much off shorts this week, very uncomfortable entering pos that I know can just get killed, usually in seconds before you can even click the GTFO button, LOL.
Thursday usually weakest trading day of week, but coming off 2 days' consolidation, with a green close EOD today, I expect it might Bull for two days... pure guesswork, not taking any large pos, been tooling around in 10-20 contract lots. Not my usual 100 puts, LOL.
FYI, TBVH I cleared all of a hundred bucks today and damned happy not to have another drawdown from chop and whipsaw.
