Ethereum Classic - Never Judge a Book by it's Cover -
Hello everyone... I have decided to go retro here with my format. Due to many people being misled and confused by others, hence forth, I will only be posting Educational material--with the hope that it will provide some valuable insight and lessons for new traders and investors.
For those who do not know me, my name is Longmoney. I am new to trading (going on approximately 9 months now) but not new to the Crypto-sphere. I have been diligently studying Satoshi's vision since 2009 but was unable to enter the market until 2013. For those who know me, they know I speak the Truth.
I went from Hodling to Trading in 2018--at the peak. But only after years of watching and analyzing the behavior of this volatile market. I feel many are deceived and misled by so-called "Pros" and YouTube Gurus, and I feel that it is my ethical duty and responsibility to enlighten and share what I have learned after many years of experience traversing these markets.
With that said, today's lesson for those looking to become successful traders will be on timeframes and Exchange differences within the market. Exhibit A : Ethereum 0.58% Classic. Some call it the "Real" Ethereum 0.58% , while others prefer to refer to it as a trash coin... IMO 0.26% , I honestly do prefer the latter--regardless of its' extreme volatility .
Please see the attached chart for a Daily perspective on ETC--courtesy of Bittrex. My educational advice to new investors and traders is to have patience in the market and stick to the daily until you are more comfortable with the lower timeframes. It took me nearly nine months to become comfortable stepping down from the 4hr chart. The general rule is: The Lower the Frame, the Greater the Noise.
Exhibit B: Is an ETC chart on Coinbase. Take note of the lack of history, which can easily make one lose sight of the larger degree picture. Study these charts and feel free to ask me any and all questions. I am here to help those in need--and to to destroy those who seek to do any wrong to those trying to learn.
