nah, this will not work on ETC because market is very oversold on everything after huge correction, maybe it will form double bottom at 22 the most but I think it will dip to middle around 26 with the higher low and then it will climb again...

ETC will have a hard fork & air drop at block 5500000 (around 5th March). People will receive Callisto 1:1 so i guess it will rise
