Wait for this to close as a green candle above the green candle then pull trigger.
i am not a financial advisor do not blindy follow my trades. Using the cloud and a previous move from a key algo to track this trade.

if you look here you can see its finally above the green cloud and now we are waiting for it to turn green and close wthout a wick... perferably above the green line.

it will most likely take one more dip to cover half of this last candle.
before turning green.

Perfectly good example of why we wait for it to close green above the green line

Finally we have action on the otherside of the line if it closes green here with no wick I would say its safe to get in...if its drawing back. Leaving a wick on top I would say wait for it to close half the length of the larger green candle and start looking for signs of moving back up.
