Past performance does not indicate future results and I agree. However, the difference this time is that ETC is going to be listed on Coinbase. So, if anything, I expect the rally to be even more aggressive. Having said that, this is mere speculation nothing more. The point of technical analysis is to highlight possibilities and that is what I have done. It does not mean that ETC will definitely hit $350+ or it will not go any higher. Breaking this statement down, logically, a price of $350 would put Ethereum Classic at a market cap of $36 billion, which does not seem unrealistic at all. It is pertinent to note that Ethereum Classic is a lot different than Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash and its addition to Coinbase will have far reaching effects, not because of the Coinbase FOMO but because of the traction and support the Ethereum Classic community is going to get as a consequence of it.

@elitebagholder, I wouldn't discount it as a possibility. Look at XRP. But ETC is actually getting officially listed on coinbase (who knows when, I suspect this fall). We all know what happened when bcash got listed $$$$$. I'm leaning towards thinking that ETC is the best coin to hold mid-term for that reason alone.

@elitebagholder, yes, people will not easily forget CB adding ETC when the market runs bullish. That's what I'm anticipating. Not sure when or if that will happen. But I anticipate ETC to be a forerunner when it does.

No body cares what a coin does or if it better than this or that coin only that it makes money. Market is ran on pure greed. Anyone that thinks its about fundamentals is already a loss. Every single person in the US has access to buying ETC on other exchanges. Why would anyone think this is going to pump when listed on coinbase when we literally have months and months to build a position before the listing. Why would anyone or anyone with real money wait till the day of.

@KyleBessoni, In regards to the 2nd from last sentence, because retail caused/sprung the last bull run forward. Retail investors would be the buyers pushing etc up not anyone with real money. The people with real money already have positions and will sell into the pumps. Retail retail retail. You don’t think fomoers won’t buy a cheaper version of “ethereum” at a huge discount after missing out our Ethereum? I think you’re underestimating them lol.
