ETC has solid support at $13.00. I see an inverse H&S forming. Buy and Hold. This coin has a solid dev team, and will be on the front page of Coinbase soon. STRONK fundamentals. I see ETC as a top 10 coin, and one of the few coins to hold $USD in this final wave of bear market pain.
